The amount drawn at N units on a standard U-100 insulin syringe equals (N / 100 ml) times that concentration, because a U-100 syringe reads 100 units as 1 ml, so 1 unit is 0.01 ml and 10 units is 0.1 ml. All of them were in HIV-associated lipodystrophy, none in healthy adults. **CJC-1295, read this one carefully.** The only human pharmacology data we cite (PMID 16352683) is for CJC-1295 WITH DAC, a long-acting, albumin-conjugated form that PeptidesDirect does not sell. That Phase 1 trial, in healthy adults, used 0.03 to 0.06 mg/kg subcutaneous and followed subjects for 28 to 49 days. Our product is the short-acting no-DAC form (modified GRF 1-29), for which no dedicated controlled human trial exists in our content; its pharmacology is inferred from the sermorelin class. Both halves matter here: applying the DAC trial's dose to our no-DAC vial would describe a molecule with a 5.8 to 8.1-day half-life for a product that clears in about 30 minutes.
