IGF LR3

IGF-1 Long R3 (LR3) is an 83-amino acid synthetic analogue of insulin-like growth factor-1 featuring an arginine substitution at position 3 and 13 additional N-terminal amino acids, resulting in approximately three-fold greater potency than native IGF-1. This structural modification extends its half-life to 20-30 hours and provides low affinity for IGF-binding proteins, allowing superior metabolic stability. IGF-1 LR3 activates PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK signaling pathways mediating cellular growth, differentiation, and metabolic processes.
