Products & Quality
All our products are sold strictly for in-vitro (outside of living organisms) laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.
Each batch is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party laboratory, most commonly Janoshik Analytical, showing HPLC purity and identity for that batch. These certificates are provided through our manufacturers; we do not operate our own laboratory and do not independently verify them. You can view the COA on each product page. For selected batches we now also commission our own independent testing at a separate EU laboratory (Liquilabs), covering a full safety panel, and publish results you can verify online on our Reports page. We are rolling this out batch by batch, so not every product is independently tested yet.
Our peptides typically have a purity of 98% or higher as verified by HPLC analysis. The exact purity for each batch is documented on the Certificate of Analysis.
Store peptides in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, keep them refrigerated (2-8°C) or frozen (-20°C). Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within a few weeks.
Ordering & Payment
No. We support guest checkout - just enter your email address. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
We accept SEPA bank transfers (EU bank accounts) and cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, USDT, and other major cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments), which also include credit/debit card options.
SEPA transfers typically take 1-2 business days to arrive. Your order will be processed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact support@peptidesdirect.io as soon as possible.
Card and cryptocurrency payments must be completed within 48 hours (2 days), while SEPA bank transfers are granted 3 business days. After the deadline, you will receive a payment reminder. If payment is still outstanding, formal dunning notices are issued (1st notice: EUR 5.00 fee; 2nd notice: EUR 10.00 plus 2% p.a. interest). Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled once the deadline passes. SEPA customers can click "I have paid" to hold the order while the transfer is in transit.
Most declines do not come from our system. The most common cause is that the bank's 3-D Secure step was opened and never finished, so the order stays unpaid and no money moves. Our card acquirer also sits outside the EEA, so some European banks decline the payment by default or add a foreign-transaction fee. That is your bank's rule, not a charge from us. A declined attempt never takes money from your card, and any pending hold drops off by itself. If the card fails twice, use SEPA bank transfer or crypto (5% off): neither depends on your bank's card rules. If money did leave your account but the order still shows as unpaid, email support@peptidesdirect.io with your order number and we will reconcile it by hand.
Shipping & Delivery
All 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom and Norway, with DHL tracking on every parcel. We cannot ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein or Iceland, nor to the Spanish customs exclaves (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla). Mainland Spain and the Balearics are fine. Parcels to Norway travel at the customer's own import risk.
Germany 8 EUR, free from 150 EUR. Rest of the EU 18 EUR, free from 150 EUR. Non-EU 20 EUR, free from 200 EUR. The rate does not depend on the size of the order.
Typical delivery times: Germany 1-2 business days, rest of the EU 2-4 business days, non-EU 4-8 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on customs, holidays, or weather.
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names or branding appear on the exterior.
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your account.
The tracking number is created when the shipping label is printed, and DHL only shows movement once the parcel has physically been scanned at the depot. That is normally a few hours after you get the email, and over a weekend it can be the next working day. So an empty or "not found" tracking page on the first day is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. Your order page re-checks DHL every three hours, so it can lag the DHL site a little. If there is still no movement three working days after dispatch, email support@peptidesdirect.io with your order number and we will open an enquiry with DHL.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of peptides and lab chemicals, returns are not possible: once a sealed vial has shipped, it cannot be resold or verified for sterile conditions. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will first send a free replacement. Your statutory right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed goods under EU law (14 days) remains unaffected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A refund is possible if we have already shipped twice (the original shipment plus a free replacement) and the second shipment also arrives damaged. SEPA refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days.
Account & Support
Click "Register" in the top menu and fill in your name, email, and password. You can also create an account during checkout.
Log in to your account and go to "My Orders". Click on the order to see tracking information. You'll also receive tracking via email.

Referral programme
You get a personal link in your account dashboard. When someone orders via your link (minimum order value 100€), they get 10% off their first order. After 14 days, you receive a 10€ code by email to redeem on your next order.
In the logged-in area under 'My account' > 'Referrals'. There you can copy the link or share it directly via WhatsApp, email or X.
Once your referral has ordered AND we have shipped the order, a 14-day refund window starts. After these 14 days the referral is confirmed and you automatically receive a REWARD code by email. The code is valid for 90 days.
No. We automatically check whether the email address or delivery address matches your account. Self-referrals are rejected.
If the order is refunded within the 14-day window, the referral is cancelled and you do not receive a code. If your code has already been issued but not yet redeemed, it will be deactivated and you will receive a cancellation email.
Yes. The referral discount (10% on the subtotal) and the crypto discount (5% on the reduced amount) are stackable. On a 100€ order paid with crypto you save about 14.50€.
