1. Scope & Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through peptidesdirect.io, operated by Toptimum Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We sell exclusively to customers who are at least 18 years of age.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold on this website are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only. Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic purposes, or any in-vivo application. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and agree to this restriction. Any misuse of products is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Contract Formation
Product listings on our website constitute an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. We accept payment via SEPA bank transfer and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). For SEPA transfers, the order is processed upon receipt of payment (typically 1-2 business days). For cryptocurrency payments, the order is processed upon blockchain confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all EU member states. Standard shipping costs EUR 5.00 per order. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within the EU, depending on destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), Article 16(e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. All our research peptide products are sealed for quality and safety. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned. If you receive a sealed, undamaged product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the seal is intact. Damaged or defective products will be replaced free of charge — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products, including but not limited to human or animal consumption. We provide no warranties regarding the suitability of products for any specific research application. Product information is provided for reference only and does not constitute scientific or medical advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Toptimum Ltd and protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paphos, Cyprus. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
