Shipping Overview

We ship from the European Union to all EU member states. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: EUR 5.00 per order, regardless of order size. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Germany, Austria, Netherlands: 2-3 business days
Western EU (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.): 3-4 business days
Rest of EU: 4-6 business days

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order in your account under "My Orders".

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding on the exterior. Products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@peptidesdirect.io within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
