Shipping Overview
We ship from the European Union to all EU member states plus the UK, Norway, Iceland, and other European countries - 43 destinations in total. Dispatched the next business day after payment is received. Every parcel ships with DHL tracking.
Shipping Rates
Shipping: EUR 8 flat rate within Germany, EUR 15 flat rate to other countries. Free shipping on orders over EUR 150.
Estimated Delivery Times
Dispatched the next business day after payment is received, shipped with DHL Paket. Every parcel includes a tracking number. Delivery times are based on DHL's official figures from Berlin.
These are DHL standard transit times and can vary with customs, holidays or weather. A tracking number is sent by email.

Order Tracking
Every order automatically gets a DHL tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. You can follow your delivery at any time via "My Orders" or the tracking link in the email.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding on the exterior. Products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Countries
We ship to all 27 EU member states plus: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Monaco, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, San Marino, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vatican City. For non-EU destinations, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
