Shipping Overview
We ship from the European Union to all EU member states plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and other European countries - 44 destinations in total. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping: EUR 15 per order, regardless of order size. Free shipping on orders over EUR 150.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany, Austria, Netherlands: 2-3 business days
- Western EU (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.): 3-4 business days
- Rest of EU: 4-6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs, or public holidays.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order in your account under "My Orders".
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding on the exterior. Products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Countries
We ship to all 27 EU member states plus: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, San Marino, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vatican City. For non-EU destinations, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
