Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (sealed research peptides), clear and fair rules apply. In case of damage, we replace your order free of charge first.

If damaged: a free replacement package, our standard solution.
If the replacement also arrives damaged: a full refund.
Due to the nature of peptides and laboratory chemicals, returning orders is not possible. This protects the integrity, sterility and safety of our products: once a vial has been shipped, it cannot be resold or checked for sterile conditions. Your statutory right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed goods under EU law (14 days) remains unaffected.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective or broken vial, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, the product and the damage. In these cases we always send a free replacement first. The item must be unused and in its original condition; we may require the damaged item to be returned for inspection.
A refund is possible if we have already shipped twice (the original shipment plus a free replacement package) and the second shipment also arrives damaged. In that case we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label.
Please check your shipping details carefully before ordering. If an incorrect address is provided and the package does not arrive, we cannot be held liable for it.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. SEPA refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded in the original currency at the current daily exchange rate.

We stand behind every parcel we ship. If something goes wrong in transit, here is exactly what we do.
Returned to us: if your order comes back to us (undeliverable, refused, or a failed delivery attempt), we reship it to you free of charge once it is back with us.
Seized by customs: if your order is confiscated or destroyed at the border, we refund it in full. We do not reship to a destination that has already seized a parcel, since it would almost certainly be stopped again.
Lost in transit: if your order never arrives and is not returned to us, then after a reasonable waiting period we reship it once or refund it, whichever you prefer.
To keep this promise sustainable there are limits: one reshipment per order, we may ask for reasonable proof or a short waiting period before acting, and this protection does not cover destinations we do not ship to or delivery failures caused by an incorrect address you provided (we will help you correct the address before dispatch).
This delivery protection is separate from our returns rules: opened or unsealed research peptides cannot be returned for a change of mind, while the statutory right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed goods remains unaffected.
