Return Policy Overview
Due to the nature of our products (sealed research peptides), returns are handled in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).
Sealed Products — No Return After Opening
All research peptide products are sealed for quality assurance, safety, and hygiene purposes. Under EU law, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons — and that have been unsealed after delivery — are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened Products
If you receive a product with the seal fully intact and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unopened condition. Contact support@peptidesdirect.io to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@peptidesdirect.io within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. SEPA refunds typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed in EUR equivalent to the original payment method or as store credit, at the buyer's choice.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact support@peptidesdirect.io as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
