How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like. There is currently no upper limit.
When does my voucher expire?
The 10€ voucher is valid 90 days from issuance. You can redeem it on any order in your account.
What if the order gets refunded?
If your friend's order is refunded within 14 days, the referral is canceled. If your code was already issued, it gets deactivated and you receive a cancellation email.
Can I refer myself?
No. We automatically check if the email and shipping address match your account. Self-referrals are rejected.
Where do I see my referrals?
In the logged-in area under 'My Account' → 'Referrals'. There you see status, stats and all active voucher codes.
