About PeptidesDirect
PeptidesDirect is the storefront for Toptimum Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. We supply research-grade peptides to laboratories, university groups, and independent researchers across all 27 EU member states. Every batch we sell is supplied with a third-party HPLC certificate of analysis from our manufacturers, and our shipping operation runs from inside the EU customs union, so within the EU your package crosses no customs border on the way to you.
How our peptides are tested
We do not operate our own laboratory. The research peptides we sell are supplied by our manufacturers together with certificates of analysis from third-party testing houses, most commonly Janoshik Analytical, an independent lab that has served the global peptide research community for over a decade. These certificates report HPLC identity and purity for the tested batch, and we publish them on the product page so you can review the lot number and test date before buying. Because the certificates are issued through the manufacturer's supply chain rather than commissioned by us, we do not independently verify each certificate and we make no warranty as to purity, identity, or fitness for any particular research use. We now also commission our own independent testing of selected batches at a separate EU laboratory (Liquilabs, Prague), a full safety panel including heavy metals, endotoxin and microbiology, and we publish the verifiable results on our Reports page. We are rolling this out batch by batch, so not every product is independently tested yet.
How we ship
Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a business day leave the same day from our EU fulfilment partner. Inland orders (DE / AT / NL / BE / LU) typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days; the remaining EU destinations in 2 to 5. Every shipment uses DHL Premium tracking and is fully insured. Because we ship from inside the EU customs union, deliveries within the EU have no import duties, no customs holds, and no surprise fees at the door; for the few non-EU destinations we serve, local import charges may apply. We support Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and more).
Research-only, AI-transparent
All products sold on PeptidesDirect are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use; they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. We publish a /llms.txt file at our domain root so AI search engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Claude) can describe our catalogue accurately, including which compounds we do and do not stock. We treat this transparency as part of doing business in a vertical where misinformation is common.
