This Research Use Only (RUO) policy applies to every product offered on peptidesdirect.io and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. Products are research chemicals: they are not medicinal products, hold no marketing authorization of any kind, and have not been evaluated or approved by any medicines authority for use in humans or animals.
Prohibited Uses
Products must not be used as or in: drugs, pharmaceuticals, or medicines; food or food additives; cosmetics or personal care products; medical devices; veterinary products; household chemicals; or any commercial product intended for consumption or bodily application. Any human or animal consumption, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or any other in-vivo application is strictly prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt, any use for sports doping or other performance-enhancement purposes in humans or animals is likewise strictly prohibited.
Buyer Attestation
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; that you purchase the products solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research; that you will not use the products on humans or animals; and that you have sufficient expertise and experience in the safe handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals. This attestation is confirmed actively at checkout for every order.
Legal Compliance and Import Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, import, possession, handling, and use of products comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including import and customs requirements and any licensing obligations. We make no representation that products are legal for import or use in any particular jurisdiction.
No Resale or Redistribution
Reselling, repackaging, or redistributing products without our prior written consent is prohibited. Products may not be made available, directly or indirectly, for any use prohibited by this policy.
Verification
We reserve the right to request reasonable confirmation of the intended research use or research affiliation, and to decline orders where a prohibited use is apparent.
Liability and Indemnification
Any misuse of products is solely the responsibility of the buyer. The limitations of liability and the indemnification obligations set out in our Terms & Conditions apply in full to any breach of this policy.

Independent third-party certificates of analysis for our batches are published on our CoA page. These documents support laboratory use and do not constitute any approval for use in humans or animals.
