Security & official domain
Lookalike shops and fake support messages are common in this field. This page states exactly which domain, which mailboxes and which payment routes are ours, so you can check anything that looks off.

peptidesdirect.io is the only shop we run. There is no second shop and no mirror site.
Subdomains of peptidesdirect.io are ours, for example api., admin., affiliate., analytics. and media. They serve the shop's own systems; they are not separate shops and you never need to order through them.
Any other domain that carries our name, copies our pages or uses our product photos is not operated by us, however convincing it looks. We have no view of what it sells, and an order placed there is not an order with us.
Direct Peptides (United Kingdom) and Peptides Direct (Australia) are separate, unrelated companies. Similar names, no connection to us in either direction.
support@peptidesdirect.io, orders@peptidesdirect.io and info@peptidesdirect.io. Order and payment emails come from these addresses too. We never write to customers from Gmail, Outlook or any other free webmail account.
We do not run support over Telegram, WhatsApp or private messages on social networks, and we never ask for a payment there. Our public accounts are x.com/peptidesdirect and github.com/peptidesdirect-io.
The bank details for a SEPA transfer and every crypto address you pay to are shown at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation. We never send different payment details afterwards, and we never ask you to move a payment to another account or another address. If a message asks you to, stop and write to support@peptidesdirect.io before you pay.
The page should be on peptidesdirect.io over https, with the padlock shown by your browser. Read the domain from right to left: anything in front of peptidesdirect.io is a subdomain of ours, anything after it belongs to a different site.
Our certificates of analysis carry the testing laboratory's own verify link, so you can confirm a result with the lab directly instead of taking our word for it. The whole database is on the purity page.
The QR code on the vial label opens a page on peptidesdirect.io that lists the lab reports for that product. If a QR code on a vial sold as ours leads somewhere else, it is not our label.
Published reviews come from customers with a delivered order, written through a personal link we email after delivery. They are all on our reviews page.

The shop, our API and the payment pages are served over TLS. Requests over plain http are redirected to the encrypted connection.
Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page, not on ours. We never see your card number and we do not store it.
