BPC-157 vs TB-500 vs WOLVERINE: Single or Blend for Your Research Goal?
BPC-157, TB-500 and the WOLVERINE blend compared: dose separately or use a ready mix. The decision guide for healing and regeneration research.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the most-studied repair duo in peptide research. For most people the real question is not "which of the two", but: buy them separately and study them in your own ratios, or take the ready-mixed WOLVERINE blend right away? This guide settles exactly that decision.
For a pure mechanism-of-action comparison of the two single peptides, see BPC-157 vs TB-500. If you want to compare the three healing blends with each other, see KLOW vs WOLVERINE vs GLOW. Here we focus on single vs blend.
TL;DR: The Quick Decision
BPC-157 single: the versatile repair peptide with the broadest study base, dosable on its own. TB-500 single: the actin/cell-migration peptide, dosable on its own. WOLVERINE: both ready in one vial (BPC-157 5 mg + TB-500 5 mg), the canonical healing duo without mixing it yourself. Rule of thumb: Single gives you ratio control, the blend gives you the convenience of one vial.

The Options in Detail
BPC-157 single: the versatile repair peptide
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide. It triggers angiogenesis via the VEGFR2 and the Akt-eNOS/NO axis and modulates cell adhesion and cell migration. In animal models and cell culture it promoted tendon healing and the migration of tendon fibroblasts [PMID 21030672]; a vascular mechanism of action via the Src-Caveolin-1-eNOS pathway has been described [PMID 33051481]. In humans, only a safety pilot study (IV) exists so far, no efficacy study [PMID 40131143].
Bought on its own, BPC-157 can be studied in a self-chosen ratio and independently of TB-500.
Gastric pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) known for exceptional tissue repair properties. Promotes wound healing, angiogenesis, and cytoprotection across tendons, muscles, gut, and nerves. Over 30 years of preclinical research.
TB-500 single: actin and cell migration
TB-500 is the synthetic, acetylated active fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ) from the Thymosin beta-4 region and not the full 43-amino-acid Thymosin beta-4. It binds monomeric G-actin and thereby regulates the actin pool that lets fibroblasts, endothelial and progenitor cells migrate into a wound, promotes angiogenesis, and dampens inflammation [PMID 10469335].
Note on the TB-500 Data Situation
Part of the stronger human data concerns the full Thymosin beta-4, not the TB-500 fragment. The transfer to the fragment is plausible but not proven, so it is extrapolated.
Active fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring repair protein. Promotes cell migration and new blood vessel formation for systemic tissue healing. Especially researched for muscle, tendon, and cardiac repair.
WOLVERINE: both ready in one vial
WOLVERINE is the ready mix of the two: BPC-157 (5 mg) + TB-500 (5 mg) in one vial, so the canonical healing duo without measuring and mixing it yourself. The two peptides complement each other mechanistically (BPC-157 via the vascular and growth-factor axis, TB-500 via the actin/cell-migration pathway), which is why they are often studied together.
The blend is the convenient default choice when the fixed 1-to-1 ratio is sufficient and a single vial is preferred over two.
The Wolverine Stack: BPC-157 (5mg) + TB-500 (5mg) combined in one vial. The most researched healing peptide duo for tissue repair, tendon recovery, and systemic regeneration. Batch-specific Janoshik COA.

Single or Blend, the Rule of Thumb
If you want to study the two peptides independently and in your own ratios, buy them separately. If you want the established duo in a fixed ratio and in one vial, take the WOLVERINE blend. If you additionally want GHK-Cu or KPV in the mix, compare the blends with each other instead under KLOW vs WOLVERINE vs GLOW.

Research context for English-speaking buyers
Most of our English-speaking customers ship to the UK, Ireland, Malta or other English-as-second-language EU territories. The regulatory picture differs per country.
- Relevant authorities
- MHRA (UK, post-Brexit), HPRA (Ireland, EU-aligned), FDA Section 503A bulks list (US, restricted Cat 2 status of several peptides as of 2026)
- Customs and VAT
- EU shipments include 19% VAT; UK shipments after Brexit are now extra-EU and may attract UK VAT plus a handling fee at import
- Typical shipping window
- EU 2-4 working days, UK 4-7 working days, other international 7-14 working days, depending on customs
Research-grade peptides shipped from our EU warehouse are sold for laboratory use only and are not authorised for human or veterinary therapeutic application in any of the destination jurisdictions. US customers should be aware that the FDA Section 503A bulks list classification (and the April 2026 reclassification of twelve compounds) only governs compounding pharmacies, not direct-to-researcher imports for non-clinical work. UK buyers should declare the consignment on import and may be asked for a research justification by HMRC. We provide a CoA per batch identified by colour code rather than serial number; customs sometimes asks for this document when clearing the parcel.
