While BPC-157 + TB-500 (the classic "Wolverine Stack") has been popular for a while, adding GHK-Cu gave the stack a new name and a major boost in attention.

Why is the Glow Stack blowing up right now?

GHK-Cu has become one of the most-discussed peptides in the research community. What follows is what people attribute to the three compounds, in the community's own terms and not as established effects:

  • BPC-157 - strong local healing, anti-inflammatory, gut protection
  • TB-500 - systemic regeneration, improved mobility and tissue repair

Together, the three cover a broad range of effects on healing, inflammation, skin appearance and overall regeneration. Many users report that adding GHK-Cu to the stack gives them noticeably better results - both visually and in terms of recovery - compared to the classic two-compound stack.

The three compounds, and the dosing question

Community threads circulate specific amounts and schedules for all three compounds. We do not reproduce them here, because none of the three has a published human dosing protocol: the figures that circulate are convention, not evidence. Where a study administered a specific amount to an animal or a cell culture, our individual product and research articles report it as what that study did.

BPC-157regeneration

Gastric pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) known for exceptional tissue repair properties. Promotes wound healing, angiogenesis, and cytoprotection across tendons, muscles, gut, and nerves. Over 30 years of preclinical research.

TB-500regeneration

Full-length 43-amino-acid Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring repair protein, independently confirmed by a third-party CoA from Janoshik. Promotes cell migration and new blood vessel formation for systemic tissue healing. Especially researched for muscle, tendon, and cardiac repair.

GHK-Culongevity

Naturally occurring copper tripeptide complex for skin regeneration and anti-aging research. Stimulates collagen synthesis, accelerates wound healing, and modulates 4000+ genes. Plasma levels decline with age, making it a key target in longevity research.

The same applies to how long the stack is run. Community convention describes blocks of several weeks followed by a break, but no study of GHK-Cu in any species has tested a cycle length, a break interval, or continuous against intermittent use, and the evidence for that is set out in does GHK-Cu need to be cycled.

It is most often discussed in connection with:

  • Joint and tendon issues
  • Skin problems / scarring
  • General recovery during aggressive cuts (e.g. alongside Retatrutide)
  • Anti-aging and aesthetics

Our take

The Glow Stack is currently one of the most well-rounded and widely discussed combinations out there. GHK-Cu seems to be the missing piece that adds the aesthetic and systemic dimension to the classic healing stack.

That said, what we always emphasize still holds: there are strong preclinical data, but large-scale human trials remain limited. Anyone researching with these compounds should proceed responsibly.
